What a day we had out on the water in Fossholl, Γingeyjarsveit! I'm always excited to take anglers out in this beautiful part of Iceland, and our trip with Soundarya was no exception.
April is a prime time for fishing here, with the warmer weather and clear waters bringing the fish to the surface. We met up at the Tampa marina and got everyone set up with top-notch gear before heading out. The crew was ready for some action, and we didn't waste any time getting our lines in the water.
We tried a variety of techniques - from deep sea and jigging to bow fishing and fly fishing. Even though we didn't manage to land any big catches, we still had a blast working the waters. The scenery was stunning, and the calm conditions made for a peaceful, relaxing trip. Between the beautiful views and great company, it was just one of those days that reminds you why we love being out on the water.
