Florida Hunted Ground Adventure: Walk-and-Stop Action with Shrunga

Non-stop bites all day long! I took Shrunga out for a September hunt this fall, starting early morning around 7:00 am. We had partly cloudy skies with some rain rolling through in the morning and afternoon, but that didn't slow us down one bit! Florida's got some great hunting opportunities, and we were ready to make the most of it on our hunted ground adventure.

With our gear rigged and ready, we focused on still hunting and the walk-and-stop technique to work the area methodically. The drive hunting approach let us cover good ground while staying quiet and alert. We didn't notch a tag on this hunt, but every hour in the field was worth it! Still hunting kept us positioned right where we needed to be, and the drive hunting helped us stay mobile when the weather shifted. We wrapped up the hunt with smiles all around, and Shrunga got to experience some solid hunting action down in gator country!
