Florida Brush Hunt: Deer & Gator Action with Ray Chaters

Hot bite and happy crew! Took Sanjana out this September afternoon for some brush hunting down in Florida, partly cloudy skies with storms brewing on the horizon made for perfect hunting weather. We headed out around 1:00 pm ready to work the backcountry with Ray Chaters for our Hunted ground adventure!

Once the stage was set, we started with some still hunting through the thick cover, switching over to drive hunting when we spotted movement. Sanjana picked up a nice White-tailed Deer and we also managed an American Alligator using jump shooting techniques! Florida's diverse terrain gives us the perfect setup for these brush hunting methods, y'all never know what's gonna show up next in this gator country.

The crew had a blast working through the different techniques, and we wrapped up the hunt with smiles all around! Nothing beats cruisin' the backcountry when the conditions line up just right, even with those storm clouds rolling in we stayed on 'em.
