Florida NY Deer & Gator Hunt - Top Action with Ray Chaters

What a great day out, couldn't ask for more action! San and I headed out this September afternoon around 3:15 for some serious hunting in Florida, NY. Clear conditions throughout the day made it perfect for getting after it, and we were ready to make the most of our time with Ray Chaters!

With our gear rigged and ready, we focused on spot-and-stalk techniques to get on the White-tailed Deer. The pass shooting opportunities came together nicely, and we managed to connect on both White-tailed Deer and American Alligator during our hunt! Jump shooting worked great in this area - Florida, NY gives us the perfect setup for these techniques with plenty of cover and good sight lines.

The action stayed steady throughout our hunt, and we wrapped up with some solid results. Down in gator country, you never know what's gonna present itself, but today everything came together just right! San had a blast working the different techniques, and we managed to avoid getting skunked - always a good day when you can notch those tags.
